Worldwide Shipping

We ship worldwide, except to Russia.

Free Shipping

Free shipping on all orders above $100.

Important Notice

Depending on your country, duties and taxes may be charged upon delivery. These duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If you have any questions, your local customs office can assist you best. If you refuse to pay duties or taxes, the shipping carrier will send the order back to our office, and we will refund the order amount, deducting the duties and taxes we paid upon arrival at our office.

Shipping to Your Country

Yes, we ship almost everywhere in the world (except for Russia). On the checkout page, you can enter your address, and it will automatically identify whether we ship to your country.

Order Shipping Time

It takes 2-3 days (on average) to ship orders. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please note we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Order Delivery Time

We use reliable courier services like DHL Express for all international shipments. Local clients can expect to receive their orders within 2-3 working days, while international clients may have to wait 5-7 business days (or more) for the order to arrive. Delays can occur in transit or due to holds at your local customs office, which may prolong the delivery time.

Shipping Times Calculation

Shipping times are calculated once the order has been fulfilled, not once the order has been placed. For any shipping queries and complaints, you can contact us.

Shipping to PO Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Due to security reasons, we do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If you entered a PO box as your delivery address, we will reach out to get an alternative address, which may delay your delivery.

Order Shipment Notification

When your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number and a link to track it online.

Tracking Your Order

We provide a link to the courier service carrying your order. You can log in to the account with the provided details and check the order status.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your items are shipped, we cannot be liable if they are lost or stolen. If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us for more information.
